No. The new Holmes Place app is exclusive for members. To learn more about joining Holmes Place, visit our website and select a club.

I did not receive an invitation email; how can I validate my account in the new App?

Confirm if the email isn't stored in Spam. If you can't find it, please confirm the email account you are using is the same you have provided your club. If you have changed your email account, please reach your club to provide your new email address

I can't find the link to access the App via the online portal.

In the invitation email sent you'll find the activation link to access your account.

I forgot my password and can't log in to my account. What can I do?

You must follow the password recovery steps provided within the App.

I've got the previous version of the Holmes Place or Virtuagym App on my phone. What should I do?

Before visiting App Store or Play Store to download the new App you must delete all other Holmes Place or Virtuagym Apps from your device.

May I just to update to the old Holmes Place App I've already got installed?

No. This App is not a new version; it's an entirely new app, and you won't be able to update. You must delete the previous App from your device and then download the new App for iOS or Android.
