SHAPE & BURN

A modern form of exercise that sculpts the entire body. You will strengthen your back muscles, firm your buttocks and thighs, and sculpt your abdominal muscles. In Shape and burn classes, we use the weight of our own body, as well as additional equipment, e.g. dumbbells, barbells, steps, resistance bands.
