HOLMES PLACE INDOOR TRIATHLON 2023/2024

We invite you to participate in the 11th cycle of HOLMES PLACE INDOOR TRIATHLON 2023/2024 

The first competition at Holmes Place took place in 2012. Not only Club Members, but also Trainers and Guests take part in them. 

It's time for the HOLMES PLACE INDOOR TRIATHLON 2023/2024! 

We start the race with 500 m swimming, then 20 km on Tomahawk IC7 bikes, and finally 5 km running on the treadmill.

START DATES: 

Qualifications: 21.10.2023, 18.11.2023, 16.12.2023, 20.01.2024, 17.02.2024, 16.03.2024 

Finals: April 2024 

Starting slots: 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00. 

A maximum of 6 competitors can start at any time (one person on the outer track + two people on the middle track). The number of places is limited. The order of applications counts. 

COMPETITION REGULATIONS (IN POLISH)

GENERAL RULES 

From October to February, starts are based on qualifications for the A and B finals. During individual qualifying starts, participants collect points for their places or participation, respectively. Then, after the last qualifying start in March 2024, the following will qualify for the final: 

FINAL A: 6 best women + 6 best men 

FINAL B: 6 women with the best results after the first 6 women + 6 men with the best results after the first 6 men
