Who is responsible for the treatment?

In applications we can find ourselves in three situations:

In any of the above cases, by making use of the Holmes Place Spain Group application, it has a geolocation tool that has the main purpose of knowing its location to indicate or show the club closest to its location.

Therefore, having the mobile device's geolocation function enabled allows it to benefit from this functionality and if not, that is, if it doesn't have geolocation enabled, we will warn you (you can see how a message emerges in the center of the screen when you access the application) and ask you permission beforehand. The Holmes Place Group does not use geolocation functionality to facilitate its location to third parties, except for legal imperatives. Most mobile devices allow the user to disable geolocation features.
